School Hours

Morning session    

Rolling registration from 8.40 am.  Lessons start at 8.50 am              

Afternoon sessions end:

Year R  - 3.05pm    

Year 1 - Year 6 - 3.10 pm  

A total of 32.50 hours per week in school for the pupils.

The school offices are open and the Administration Team are available between the hours of 8.30 am and 4.00 pm.

We are unable to accept responsibility for children who arrive on the premises before the doors open with the exception of those attending the schools’ breakfast club.

School Term Dates

Our term dates are attached below, including INSET days. We always publish our term dates, which include our five In-Service Training (INSET) days, at the end of the previous school year so that parents and carers can arrange holidays and childcare as appropriate. 

Emergency Closures

We will always endeavour to keep the schools open during term time.  We would only use emergency closure procedures  is when there are concerns about the safety of pupils and staff.

In the case of an emergency closure, every effort will be made to contact parents via text message, our website and the Local Authority website at Emergency school, college, children’s centres and nursery closures in Hampshire | Education and learning | Hampshire County Council
